Japanese Neo Tearoom: yeah ann is a Shibuya-based neo-tearoom installation that brings “play” back into tatami culture. Built around vibrating TATAMIX tatami, which sends low-frequency waves through the body, it hosts sensual ikebana workshops and intimate whisky-led “Shibuya Night Banquets”. Rather than a formal tea ceremony, the project treats the tearoom as a contemporary night-time salon, designing small moments where stillness, intoxication, reflection and social connection quietly overlap.
