ALLEY means “alley,” and 108 represents the number of earthly desires. Focusing on Udagawa Crank Street in Shibuya amid ongoing redevelopment, the project views the area as a cultural birthplace where human remnants and chaos continuously coexist. ALLEY108 is an experimental initiative that reimagines how this site may transform over the next 100 years, reconstructing it as an immersive space in collaboration with artists. Over three days, the project presents shops, exhibitions, DJs, live performances, and guerrilla actions.
