Shibuya PARCO and NEORT welcome visual artist and programmer Toshiki Okamoto for a projection mapping event on the walls of PARCO Shibuya. Okamoto, who views video not merely as visual information but as a phenomenon engaging with space and the body, will transform this Shibuya landmark through light and imagery, delivering a new nighttime landscape.
